That's why we're offering this program to help nonprofits in Canada and the US explore innovative technical solutions that can enhance their impact and reach. Salytics specializes in guiding organizations through CRM, donar management, and marketing automation best practices. Discovery is the first step in a new implementation or technology change, to make the unknown, know. We'll conduct a series of interviews, workshops and facilitation sessions to gather all your requirements including project purpose, key business objectives, data & insights, current process, and pain points. Through this process, we create valuable deliverables, such as: process & stakeholder maps, business requirements document, solution design document, user stories, and technology roadmap. Our intention with this grant is to lower the barrier to entry for long-term strategic change through partnership with Salytics.
