In 2022, we rolled out Salesforce to replace our legacy CRM application. The legacy application managed our clients, contacts, ticket management, and generated customer specific license files to enable customers to use our software application based on their processed CPQ orders. With the information being moved to Salesforce, Salytics was able to help define and build the process for contract management, a custom object for storing our legacy data, and workflow to update modules as new sales/returns were processed in CPQ.
The Salytics team helped us complete our custom licensing needs and defined a sustainable process as our company continued to grow. Their thorough documentation has helped us to continue to make modifications as new processes are implemented without needing further consulting assistance in most cases. They truly partnered with us to help design a great process but also build our self-sustaining knowledge of Salesforce.
